How to Access Omnivox

Omnivox is an online portal service that is used by most colleges in Quebec. This management tool helps students and teachers to have a better communication and share documentation. It also provides many online services to students and teachers.

Omnivox can be accessed through the web or through the Omnivox Mobile app, which can be downloaded for free on your smartphone or tablet (Android or Apple).

How to Access Office 365

Office 365 is a cloud-based, subscription model version of Microsoft’s popular productivity suite Microsoft Office. Office 365 contains the same core Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and other apps and services such as Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype, Yammer, and Microsoft Teams.. You can access it from anywhere (if you have access to the Internet) and from any device (laptop, smartphone, tablet).

All registered Dawson credit students are assigned an Office 365 subscription that includes 1 Terabyte of data and a Dawson email address.

How to Access Moodle

Moodle is one of the learning platforms used at Dawson. The other one is LEA. You must check with your teacher which platform he/she will be using for your course.

Moodle can be accessed through the web or through its app.

How to Access MIO

MIO is an internal messaging system, available for Dawson faculty, students and staff. You can send a message to your teachers or colleagues through it.

MIO can be accessed through the web or through the Omnivox Mobile app.

How to Access LEA

LEA is one of the learning platforms used at Dawson. The other one is Moodle. You must check with your teacher which platform he/she will be using for your course.
