This calendar is for June/July 2020

Summer Hours are applicable to all regular full-time employees who are not teachers. Arrangements for part-time and replacement employees are possible according to managers’ discretion and must be in accordance with principles established for permanent employees.

Please note that for the weeks of July 6 to July 24, employees who take vacation will only be required to record 28 hours of vacation. For the week of June 29 (Canada Day), employees who take vacation will only be required to record 21 hours of vacation.

Employees on a Voluntary Work Reduction Program, who have opted for Fridays off, will not be eligible to participate in the Summer Hours for the month of July.

We count on everyone’s support in respecting the summer hours schedule as well as meeting all obligations and expectations related to work performance and objectives during this period.
