Walk for the Earth on April 21, 2013

Earth Day is on Monday, April 22, 2013.  This year, AQLPA, ENvironnement JEUnesse, Equiterre, the David Suzuki Foundation, Greenpeace, Jour de la Terre Québec and Nature Québec are sponsoring a Walk for the Earth on Sunday, April 21, 2013.

The Walk is part of a global movement aimed at stopping the development of fossil fuels, resolving the climate crisis, and protecting the rights of future generations. The walk begins at 2 p.m. at Place des Festivals.
