The borrower in arrears may re-establish his\/her borrowing privileges once all fines and fees are paid to the lending library. Dawson College is not responsible for fines or fees incurred by faculty.<\/li>\n<li>Borrowed material may be returned at the returns counter of the lending library or to the returns counter of the borrower&#8217;s home library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Applying for a BCI Card Through Dawson College<\/h2>\n<p>At the beginning of the academic year in August, the Research Office sends out a call to all faculty to renew or apply for a BCI card.
