If there are items missing, the REB Coordinator will inform you and ask you to resubmit your application with the proper documents.<\/li>\n<li>After the preliminary review, your application will then be assigned a delegated review or full board review, depending on the risk level. When in doubt, and to ensure ethical standards are consistently upheld, researchers are asked to submit and application to the REB and a determination will be made whether ethics review is required.
