CL\u00c9O (<em>Centre de langue \u00e9crite et orale<\/em>) has a wide range of services offered online.<\/p>\n<p>Not familiar with CL\u00c9O? It\u2019s Dawson\u2019s French-language tutoring service. Dawson students can come to CL\u00c9O to get help with homework and assignments, reading comprehension, proofreading, grammar, oral expression and presentations. For a quick overview of the activities, services and resources offered online by CL\u00c9O, <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1jA7EbdBdc6D1bKCcHaIQ0chNilox94Zf\/view\">refer to this conceptual map here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>CL\u00c9O is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>As well as regular tutoring, CL\u00c9O technicians are also offering two different conversation workshops during the Fall 2020 semester.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cShort Film Club\u201d presents a different short film from the National Film Board every Tuesday. Participants discuss the film in a relaxed fashion. Thursday\u2019s \u201cConversation Workshop,\u201d on the other hand, is a role-play type of workshop where students get to experience real-life situations in French, such as finding a new apartment or buying a present for a friend.
