Participants are asked to watch the documentary film\u00a0<strong>Balancing the Scales<\/strong>\u00a0in preparation for this virtual program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balancing the Scales\u00a0<\/strong>follows Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred and others as they share their experiences about gender equity by lawyer &amp; filmmaker Sharon Rowen.
