For fees set at the Quebec Government (QG) level, a full-time student is one who registers for at least four courses or 180 hours in a program, or <em>Fin de DEC\/AEC<\/em>, or students with major functional disabilities.<\/p>\n<p><sup>(2) <\/sup>Only if a student officially withdraws from the courses by\u00a0 August 30, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><sup>(3) <\/sup>Only if a student officially withdraws from courses by September 18, 2020.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Change Fee (non-refundable)<\/h2>\n<p>An additional fee of $20.00 is payable for <strong>each<\/strong> course change <strong>including section change<\/strong> and is <strong>due immediately upon course change<\/strong>. This fee does not apply to course changes required under academic regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>Late Registration Fee (non-refundable)<\/h2>\n<p>Students registering after their designated registration period shall be assessed an additional fee of $50.00.<\/p>\n<h2>Assessment of Fees<\/h2>\n<p>The fees are determined by Government Laws and Regulations and College Bylaws and are subject to change without prior notice. Up-to-date information on fees is available from the Administrative Services Department (Room 4B.5) during regular business hours or from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www-chris.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/finance\/student-fees\/\">College Student Fees Web page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds are not automatically issued.\u00a0 Students may claim the refunds on their account at the Student Fees office in room 4B.5 by presenting two pieces of photo ID.\u00a0 Refunds under $500 will be issued on the original credit card used for payment or any debit card.\u00a0 Refunds of $500 or greater\u00a0will be issued by cheque.
