She works closely with Dawson\u2019s Communities of Practice to promote pedagogical expertise and to support as many teachers \u00a0as possible. She has a BA in English and Education and a MA in Educational Technology. She has worked as a Pedagogical Counsellor, instructional designer, educational technology consultant and UN intern (Convention on Biological Diversity and International Bureau of Education). Most recently, she \u00a0has been involved in research, data-driven needs analyses, training and software design. Her projects focused on the integration of Self-Regulated Learning theory and e-Portfolio practices in educational settings.<\/p>\n<p>Einat has heard every possible way to pronounce her name (of Hebrew origin), and has been known to say: \u201c\u2019Ei-\u2019 as in \u2018Eight\u2019\u201d. Whatever the pronunciation, she is always happy to engage in conversation.\u00a0She has lived in 6 countries and speaks 4 languages. She is an appointed member of Senate and a member of the Sustainability Steering committee, the Communications Advisory Board and the College Strategic Plan Steering Committee and Graduate Profile Sub-Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Julia has been at Dawson since 2006, working in program development and revision. He earned a Ph.D. in Computational Physics and e-Learning, did research on educational intelligence and taught at the university level, while living in Brazil. Through the Faculty Hub, he helps teachers with online course creation, the use of tools like Moodle and Lea and recommends solutions and best practices for integrating teaching and technology. Rafael is the Dawson Information, Communication and Technology representative at Le R\u00e9seau des r\u00e9pondantes et r\u00e9pondants TIC or REPTIC.
