If you delete a message from your voicemail box the same message is NOT deleted from your email and vice versa.<\/li>\n<li>Deleted voicemail messages cannot be recovered.<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes the wav files are cut by Outlook\u2019s &#8216;Junk E-mail&#8217; filter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Phone directories<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Online <a href=\"https:\/\/www-chris.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/phone-directory\">phone directory<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Switchboard<\/li>\n<li>Dial-by-Name (press 9)\n<ul>\n<li>To use the Dial-By-Name option, please enter the person&#8217;s last name.<\/li>\n<li>ONLY the first few characters\u00a0are enough with the # sign.
