In addition, all students must complete the following courses, or the equivalent including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secondary V Language of Instruction<\/li>\n<li>Secondary V Second Language<\/li>\n<li>Secondary IV Science or Physical Science<\/li>\n<li>Secondary IV Math<\/li>\n<li>Secondary IV History<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students with a DES missing any of the above subjects may be admitted, space permitting, but will be required to complete remedial courses.<\/p>\n<p>**T.E.N.S. Attestation of Secondary Studies (High School equivalency Diploma) does not meet admission requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Academic Documentation Required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A photocopy of Secondary V (Grade 11) mid-year academic results with provincial course codes included\u00a0 (this is not required by students attending a school that transmits grades electronically to Dawson College)<\/li>\n<li>If attending a post-secondary institution, submit mid-term results as well as transcripts of any final academic results achieved to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other Documents Required<\/h2>\n<p><strong> A clear photocopy of of your birth certificate: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If <strong>born in Quebec<\/strong>, your application must include a photocopy of your birth certificate issued by the <em>\u00c9tat civil of Qu\u00e9bec<\/em><\/li>\n<li>If <strong>born elsewhere in Canada<\/strong>, your application must include a photocopy of your birth certificate that includes your place of birth.<\/li>\n<li>If <strong>born outside of Canada<\/strong>, your application must include a photocopy of your birth certificate issued by the state, accompanied by the original of an official English <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">or<\/span> French translation (if necessary) and a clear photocopy of proof of status in Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Specific\u00a0Program Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>To view specific program requirements click on one of the following links:<\/p>\n<p>Programs offered in <a href=\"\/admissions\/programs-offered\/fall-semester\/\" name=\"ID3Path\">Fall Semester<\/a><br \/>\nPrograms offered in <a href=\"https:\/\/www-chris.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/admissions\/programs-offered\/winter-semester\/\">Winter Semester<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CEGEP Admission Requirements For admission to all CEGEP programs, every student must have the Quebec Secondary School Diploma (DES) or the equivalent**.
